Northamptonshire Adult Social Services and Healthwatch Northamptonshire want to know about your experiences of adult social care.
Northamptonshire Adult Social Services (NASS) are looking at how they can improve the way they provide adult social care to better suit the people who need it, to make sure that their customers are at the centre of their work and want to provide a service that makes sense to you as well as speed up some of their processes.
In order to achieve this they have asked Healthwatch Northamptonshire to carry out a short to gather people’s views to inform these changes.
Healthwatch Northamptonshire is the independent champion for health and social care in the county, working to help people get the best out of their local health and social care services, so are well-placed for carrying out and implementing this research.
Thye are looking for people with experience of adult social care services within the last two years, including family and friends who care for people who have received social care, to share their experiences.
They can do this by completing our survey, available online at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/HWNNASS by 31 October 2019.
We can also provide paper survey or visit groups to collect feedback, email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0300 002 0010 for more details.
