Creatives of Northampton, Get Down to the Co-Work Engine Launch Event!

Written by on October 27, 2017

Engine will be launching their brand new 4000sqft co working space for digital and hands on creatives with a launch party that will take place on Wednesday 1st November, 7:30pm – 10:00pm.

Organised by Northampton locals, Jacob Austin-Lavelle and Phil Ridge, the Co-Work Project allows creative freelancers, self-employed workers and small businesses to come together and work under one roof, without the isolation that can come with being a sole worker; in fact, Engine’s company slogan is “Work for yourself, not by yourself”. These office spaces and workshops are relaxed, comfortable, and provide both fixed and flexible work stations, break-out areas and a meeting room.

The launch event on the 1st November will take place at the office space at 34/36 Abington Avenue, NN1 4NY, and will feature live DJs, free drinks, and a small toast from the Mayor. This will be a great time to explore the potential of this project, as well as network with fellow creatives.

Presenter Chris Harris spoke with Phil and Jacob on the Breakfast Show, here is what they had to say:
