Local Trainer Offers Fitness Advice

With only an hour of outdoors exercise time per day, keeping fit can be a challenge, particularly for those who enjoy the gym or a long morning run. We spoke to personal trainer Jon Bellis of Lifeforce Fitness about how to make the most of your exercise time, as well as how to stay fit around the house.
Jon advises to make the most of the home environment and use household furniture to help with various strength and stamina exercises, such as planking and cruches, while using the outdoors hour for calisthenic-orientated exercises, such as brisk walking, running or jogging.
