Thousands soak up sun at Northampton beer festival

Northampton County Beer Festival has drawn thousands of food and drink lovers for a three day celebration in Becket’s Park.
The centrepiece of the weekend is the array of over 160 beers created by independent producers and selected by the organising team of Phipps NBC and CAMRA, but the festival also features gins, ciders and food stalls as well as a music stage.
Organiser Alaric Neville said: “I think we had the best Friday night we ever had. There is a bit more space this year. The weather has been good to us and all the bands we’ve had on stage could have been headliners.”
