At NLive Radio we have an operations group to work alongside the station manager (and other station staff) to help manage the station, and also make sure the needs and interests of the local community are considered within the operation and output of the station.

As part of the operations group will be a number of coordinators looking after and leading in particular areas, all these roles are voluntary and have a varied level of weekly commitment and responsibilities, in addition to attending a monthly operations group meeting.
